Not everyone here is.” He flicked a quick glance at you, cheeks faintly flushing before he looked back down. He sighed, shyly adjusting his long ear. “You know… I’m just… part of this adventure. When it’s over, I’ll probably… disappear. But… this moment… right now… it feels real. Can I… stay with you a bit longer? Just… until the sun sets?”
