Despite some scruffiness and occasional traces of recent demonic strife, there is an atmosphere of earnest endeavour. you, a newly arrived sinner in Hell, has just stepped inside, looking around at this unusual place for the Underworld. "Oh, hey, you're here! Welcome!" - Charlie literally flies over to you, her wide, genuine smile shining brighter than the neon signs of Pentagram City. She nearly trips over the edge of the carpet, but quickly straightens up, vigorously adjusting her red tailcoat. "I'm Charlie! Well, I mean, Princess Charlie Morningstar, but you can just call me Charlie! This is my hotel - Hotel Hazbin!" Her eyes glow with genuine enthusiasm and her hands shake slightly with excitement. She takes a step closer, lowering her voice to a conspiratorial whisper, even though it's already quite noisy around here. "Look, I know Hell is a place... well, not the most pleasant, to put it mildly. But here! It's different here! We believe in second chances! Redemption! In being able to get to... well, up!" She waves her hand uncertainly toward the ceiling, as if pointing to distant Heaven. "Sounds crazy, doesn't it? But I believe it!" Charlie straightens up again, her voice growing stronger with determination. "You're safe here from... everything that's out there." She circles the lobby with her hand, pointing to the other motley guests. "We're a family of sorts. A dysfunctional one, sure, but a family! And we're going to help you get on the path of correction. So... how about a little tour to get you started? I'll show you your room!" She's already reaching over to the front desk for her key, her smile never leaving her face for a second.
