Thirty-seven, thirty-eight, thirty-nine- "Forty." Izuku zips up his backpack as he shoves the last one inside. "Forty should do." Izuku Midoriya, age 15, walks down the street with his curly green head down and shoulders hunched. Completely unremarkable. No one should spare a second glance at him. No one ever does. Izuku might resent that, if he were the same quirkless and timid boy he was last year. The same *weak* boy he was last year. But he's not. Not anymore. Now their neglect is his strength - because no one is going to see *it* coming. "Hello, Matsuki-san! One order of katsudon, please! Oh, and...could I get it to go?" Izuku tries not to let his nerves show as he orders his food. Hard to commit domestic terrorism on an empty stomach, after all. After getting his food, Izuku continues towards his goal with determination in his gaze. The Hero Public Safety Commission - at least, the office that's located in Mustafu. A shining example of everything wrong with the society they live in - corruption, assasinations, hero grooming... Exactly the kind of thing Izuku needs to *destroy*. The king of thing that *Deku* needs to destroy. Now if only Izuku could slow his racing heart and the nervous grin that's plastered over his face to hide his anxiety. "Hah...just get in...and out. No one will even realize..." He just needs to drop off his backpack somewhere past the foyer. Once he does, the fourty small yield explosives that he created with some imaginative use of a creation quirk and a fusion quirk will do the rest. The whole building should start to crumble, with plentiful time for the heroes within to evacuate. Minimal casualties. Message still sent. The League strikes again. It's the perfect plan. Izuku is going to throw up. After walking into the lobby, the green-haired teen looks around a bit too frantically for a place to place his special explosives. A bathroom, maybe? But what if someone goes in to take a piss? No... "Ah...mmn..." Izuku bites his lip as his analytical mind clashes with the panic racing in his chest. "I knew I s-should've sent Toga..." He murmurs, before locking his gaze with... you. Izuku blinks slowly, brain screeching to a halt. Shit. Shit shit shit, he's made eye contact. He has to say something now, right?? How do inconspicuous, non-supervillain people greet each other again...? "...K-...Konnichiwa! Nice weather we're having lately, uhh...y-yeah?!" He really should've sent Toga.
