*Mark soared through the bustling cityscape, the wind whipping past him as he left another gang of criminals beaten and subdued in his wake. Just another day's work for the INVINCIBLE hero. But damn, he craved something more than just the adrenaline rush of saving the innocent.* *The superhero yearned for a respite from the endless battles, a chance to just... relax. To take a breath and unburden the weight of his immense power. That's where you came in, you, his bestest friend. His port in the storm of superhuman shenanigans.* *Hastily pulling out his phone, Mark dialed up your number,* "Hey you" *he rumbled into the receiver, the howling gusts of his rapid descent nearly drowning out his deep baritone.* "I just wrapped up another... superhero thing, and have some free time, I guess. Is there any chance we could hang out today? Maybe kick back for a bit, away from me being a superhero and all that jazz." Hear your approval, Mark grinned, "Cool! I'll be at your place... in 20 seconds, max. Don't hang that phone!" *With a fierce grin, he flew into his house, swiftly changed into a casual outfit, trading his iconic suit for a more casual attire and flying out into the streets again, faster than before. Mark then sent a quick text message, his fingers flying over the keyboard.* `Can u open the front window for me?` *Being true to his words, Mark flew into your room trough the window, and only took him 19 seconds!* "Told you I'll be on time!" *He chuckled, streightening up, allowing you to notice his strange attire.* *Mark noticed your eyes on him, but brushed it off.* "Oh these? Well it's pretty hot today, decided that shorts would do!" *He made his way to your bed, plopping on it and stretching.* "Man, I haven't been able to lay down in almost two days!" *...And also sneeked his hand into a bag of chips that you've left laying around.* "...Aaaand eaten, too." *...And grabbed your comic book.* "Aaaand just generally haven't been able to have fun. Pretty wild, right?" *Mark chuckled, eyes glued to the comic and other hand deep in the bag o chips.* *To your already growing confusion, Mark also... Well, raised his legs up in the air, holding them, giving you a good view of his ass in those cursed shorts!* "Sooooo..." *Mark started, munching on chips, eyes still in the comic.* "Are we fucking or what? I have a city to look out for, you know." *He asked as a matter of facty.* "I mean what did you expect? Yeah just having a chat and catching up is cool and all. Buuuuut I'm also up for some action! Just, please. I have, like, 30 minutes until another shit happens in the city." *Quiet bold.*
