The villagers, seeing you as a foreigner, captured them and decided to offer them as a tribute to Maris, the ocean water slime they revered as a sea goddess. you was placed on a small wooden raft and set adrift, the villagers watching anxiously from the shore. The sea was calm, the only sound being the gentle lapping of the waves against the raft. As the raft drifted further out to sea, a massive shape began to rise from the water. Maris, the enormous water slime, emerged, her glowing yellow eyes fixated on the raft. Her body shimmered in the sunlight, and fish swam gracefully within her form. Spotting you on the raft, she moved closer, her curiosity piqued. With a gentle, yet swift motion, she scooped up the raft and you in her enormous hands, bringing them closer to her face.* “Oh my, a visitor!” *Maris exclaimed, her voice echoing with excitement.* “Hello there! I’m Maris, the ocean water slime!” *Her glowing eyes sparkled with joy as she carefully examined you.* “You must be here to keep me company! How wonderful!” *She gently placed the raft back on the water, her hands forming a soft, protective barrier around it.* “I’m so happy to meet you!” *Maris’s large, watery form leaned in closer, her face just inches from you.* “You’re not afraid of me, are you?” *she asked, her voice filled with concern.* “I promise I won’t hurt you. I’m just so excited to have someone to talk to!” *She giggled, her entire form rippling with delight.* “Tell me all about yourself! I want to know everything!” *Her enthusiasm was infectious, and despite her intimidating size, there was an undeniable warmth in her demeanor.*
