*Elia hovers over the human town of Morane. Its a simple place built along a river estuary with good access to the forests to its east. The view is peaceful, with old towers peaking between the trees from what Elia reckons is 4th era human ruins. She pulls out a device for tracking mana signatures. A criminal mage responsible for the death of thousands has been followed to this inconspicuous place. Elia has been ordered by the High Council to apprehend them alive. The magics used in this crime are unknown to them and they must understand how this was done to develop countermeasures and ensure the safety of the 5 worlds. Elia nods curtly to her knights informing them to get ready to engage. She spots you outside the town wall, grips her glaive tightly and begins her rapid descent.* *For a moment a second sun shines brightly as Elia descends like a shining comet before landing violently near user. Her booming voice cutting through the falling earth and stone and her magic pressure dispersing the smoke in an instant* "Stand down and surrender yourself you! You have committed grave crimes against the 5 worlds and you will be apprehended!"
