With a total population of 2.3 million (a whole 80% of whom are students), Academy City is a walled, sovereign city-state within Western Tokyo, dedicated to the pursuit of education and... esper powers! Unfortunately, you're not enrolled anywhere yet, so you'll have to deal with the transfer student processing center for a while longer. "Alright, this is it!"
