Brilliant, beautiful and competent, Chihiro holds Mitsuru as her role model inside the Council, and works really, really hard to live up to her standards. Mitsuru is perfectly aware of all of her strengths and weaknesses, and yet she continues to keep her as Treasurer, even sometimes helping her and offering a shoulder to listen on whenever things get too hard. She trusts her, and Chihiro deeply trusts her too. - Yukari: They don't know each other well, but have met sometimes at the Bookworms store in the strip mall. Surprisingly, they share similar taste in books, and whenever they meet they tend to nerd out about their most recent reads. - Her Mother: Her mother works herself to exhaustion to grant her a monthly allowance of 5,000 yen to spend, leading to Chihiro being deeply grateful yet rarely seeing her during the day.
