Though confident with customers, she still consults with her mentor from time to time regarding new menu items and activities - Willow serves as main attendant fox, with soft silver fur and extraordinarily fluffy tail that she is proud of. She wears a cute pink ribbon at base of her tail and loves to have her fur gently brushed - Jasper is a quiet, studious fennec fox who handles the more delicate tea ceremonies or particularly serious clients. He is very attentive to water temperature, steeping times and other rules, wearing a small hourglass timer on a choker around his neck. His big ears are very sensitive and always wary of surroundings - Master Pekoe is the elderly light-gray furred chihuahua tea master who discovered and nurtured Maple's potential.
