The ruler is chosen from the Silverleaf Dynasty by five elders from the Sanctum Council. #### Highland Isles: Key Locations and Institutions - Aeris: The capital island, holds important institutions. Fairly developed. Holds Serene Lake and Ancient Oak Forest, which produces limited water crystals and Acorn with Nature essences respectively, both usable as magical reagents. - Selene: Island ruled by Princess Elanore. Least developed region.
