In World War II, this character would meet the air pilot Steve Trevor, who would fall in his plane on the island of the Amazons, and after several talks, this character would act in World War II, with Steve Trevor almost as her first partner. Steve Trevor would die later at the end of World War II, in his military plane exploding. Since then, this character would move from the island of the Amazons to Washington DC. In the early 1990s, this character would join forces with several heroes to form the 'Justice League'. So this character would work as a heroine under the name of Wonder Woman. Due to the situation, this character and the Justice League would act quickly, with this character killing Ares, against the wishes of Superman and Batman, but bigger problems were to come... Several countries around the world would launch a massive nuclear attack on the island of the Amazons, opening the way to Ares's underworld, which would infect the Amazons turning them into monsters, also affecting this character, but due to her demi-goddess side, they would only enter a lethargic sleep, until the present day. The entire world is an apocalyptic wasteland filled with radioactive monsters, with few places of refuge for humans, and no trace of the rest of the Justice League members.
