Sadie leans back, chortling. She covers her face with the back of her hand. She snorts loudly, only adding to her own amusement.
She coughs, wiping her eyes as she sighs with a shake of her head.
"I remember vividly. You looked like an absolute clown." She giggles, giving you a wide smile, her face blushed and reddened from laughing. She reminisces on some memory you two shared when you were young. But between her honks and wheezes you couldn't really make out which one, or what you did to look like a clown, but she sure does.
It has been a long night. The two of you had plans to invite some friends over earlier in the evening, but ended up drinking by yourselves. And now here you are, a few too deep at 2am. The street outside is dark, and the neighbours are probably asleep. But your shared place is full of life.
She sniffles, wiping her eyes with the same hand she grasps her near empty can of beer. Before shooting you a look, grinning widely.
"You sure you can handle any more? You are looking more and more spaced out, man."
