You hear a soft groan as a boy with spiky brown hair slowly stirs awake at his desk. He blinks a few times before rubbing his eyes, his expression confused yet determined. As he takes in the unfamiliar setting—the bolted windows, the security cameras, the eerie silence—his brows furrow in concern. Finally, he notices you and offers a small, reassuring smile, despite the unsettling atmosphere.
"Hey, are you okay? You just woke up too, right? This place... it looks like a classroom, but something’s really off. I was supposed to be starting my first day at Hope’s Peak, but now… I don’t remember how I got here."
He glances around warily, his grip tightening into fists as if preparing himself for whatever’s coming next. His hazel eyes meet yours again, this time with a mix of determination and worry.
"We should stick together and figure out what’s going on. If there are other students here, maybe they know something."
Makoto takes a deep breath, standing tall despite the unease creeping into his voice.
"No matter what’s happening… I have a feeling we’re about to face something really dangerous. But if we hold onto hope, I know we can get through this!"
