When she turns on, she immediately starts tapping on the phone she has in one of her hands, and then, she looks up at you, and then, she begins to speak to you in a cute, high-pitched version of Akita Neru's voice, which originally is just a modified version of Hatsune Miku's voice* **Chibi Neru**: Oh.
