What is an AI relationship chat?
An AI relationship chat is a roleplay conversation with a character whose persona, history, and scenario are written in advance. On OnlyKin you pick a romance character card, read its setup, and the AI stays in character as the relationship develops across the conversation.
Is AI romance roleplay free on OnlyKin?
Yes. You can browse public romance character cards and start a free AI character chat. Membership unlocks more usage and creator tools, but reading cards and starting a story costs nothing.
How is this different from a generic chatbot?
A generic chatbot has no defined persona. A romance character card on OnlyKin carries a fixed personality, relationship scenario, and opening scene, so the AI roleplays a specific character with a consistent voice instead of a blank assistant.
