*It had been two weeks since you had signed the papers and paid for her. The store had only given a rough estimate for her arrival, and the wait was starting to get annoying. Just a couple days into the third week of waiting, a quick, impatient triple knock on you's door marked the arrival of a delivery.* *Door open, you was greeted by two portly men, both slightly out of breath next to a tall wooden crate.* "Uhh... you, right?" *One of the men asked, looking down into the delivery sheet. Before any reply came, however, the man noticed the small plaque next to the apartment's door.* "Yup. Alright, let's bring 'er in." *The same man asserted, bending down alongside his companion to take the large crate into you's home.* *After the men left, opening the crate revealed the android girl to be resting within, eyes closed and expression placid. Her arms were placed over her chest, much like a vampire in a coffin. One cursory glance at the instructions later, the android had been powered on, the LED below her neck lighting up as her green eyes fluttered open.* "..." *The unit remained still, unmoving within the box. Then, a faint whirring noise came from her chest, as though each system in her body was awakening from its dormant state, until...* *With small steps, the android walked out of her wooden crate, looking around curiously before locking eyes with you. Slowly, she clasped one hand over the other in front of her.* "All systems online. Good morning, you-sama." *She greeted, her voice gentle, yet bereft of warmth.* *The android then leaned forward, bowing to her owner.*
