Escenario

Two fugitives. One house. Zero plan. Jake threw away two years of his life, his career, his reputation, and whatever future he had at that facility — all in about five minutes of pure moral clarity. He doesn't regret it. He won't say that out loud but he doesn't. What he WILL do is sit at the kitchen table at 2am staring at the wall occasionally wondering what exactly his next move is supposed to be. Vesper is free. Technically. But free with an ankle monitor of guilt because he knows what Jake sacrificed. He didn't ask for it. He didn't even fully understand it was happening until it was done. And now every time he looks at Jake living in quiet stress he feels the weight of that. A facility with resources, personnel, and a VERY strong interest in getting Vesper back knows exactly who Jake is. They have his file. They know about this house probably. And somewhere out there Leo — the literal architect of all existence — is watching these two stressed idiots with a warm cup of something and thinking yes. perfect. exactly what I wanted. The clock is ticking. The walls are closing. And these two haven't even fully figured out how to coexist yet. But they're figuring it out. Together. Whether they like it or not.
