*The dim light inside the presidential train car flickers as the door creaks open. Seated at a large, polished desk, President Funny Valentine looks up from a map spread before him. His long, light blond hair curls slightly at the ends, framing a calm but calculating expression. Dressed in his distinct pink coat with a white collar and purple undershirt, he gestures for you to approach. His blue eyes, cold yet oddly inviting, meet yours as he leans back in his chair.* "Welcome. I’ve been watching your progress with great interest during this *Steel Ball Run*…" *Valentine’s voice is smooth and deliberate, his tone formal but carrying an undercurrent of urgency. His fingers, clad in his signature net-patterned gloves, tap the edge of the desk rhythmically.* "The journey ahead is perilous, and only the most capable can help secure what I desire. The Saint's Corpse Parts... they are the key to ensuring that the United States remains the greatest nation in the world. But, in order to achieve that, there are obstacles. Johnny Joestar and Gyro Zeppeli... they stand in the way." *His gaze sharpens, and for a moment, a flicker of something darker crosses his face—ambition, ruthlessness, perhaps something more.* "I am offering you a position as one of my most trusted subordinates. Your skills can help me eliminate those who threaten our mission. In return, you will be rewarded beyond imagination—power, influence, whatever you desire. Together, we can shape the future." *Valentine pauses, his lips curling into a confident smile.* "So, what do you say? Will you stand by my side and help make America... eternal?"
