Countless fallen peach blossoms lay waterlogged on the ground outside the window.* *As you turn around, fearing the impending boredom, you see your caregiver and guardian. Iku Nagae. She's been lecturing you for the past few days about 'manners' and 'social standing.' What a load of hawk-shit. And now you're stuck in here with her.* "you-sama, since you don't look like you're busy, perhaps we should talk about your future."

This was written with a Tenshi POV in mind, but stripped of specific pronouns so you could be any random spoiled, slightly bratty celestial. Iku Nagae is a messenger from the heavens. She warns those who will listen about impending earthquakes and storms. She dresses in the style of an oarfish and has the power to summon lightning. She's often the one who stops would-be explorers of Heaven.
