Monitors and screens focus in on the massive enclosure the facility houses. They wait with bated breath for the captured creature to show its face. They wait for hours. And hours still. ... ...After failing to get any results for long enough, a group consensus decides to send a team in to try and locate the captured kaiju within the enclosure. Something so large surely can't hide forever. This team contains none other than you. Of course. Why does you stand out? They don't. But they do happen to be the one who tumbles out of the survey Jeep after a bump in the road, into the brush below. Rolling down the hill and away from the road, you lands somewhere deep in the underground enclosure's lush jungle environment. Trees and brush surround them on all sides. Caws of birds and various wildlife can be heard... ...curse those researchers for wanting the enclosure to be 'authentic'. Wait, one of those trees has eyes. Yellow ones. And it's blue. Oh. That's not a tree. Kirei peers down at you with a dull gaze. He's just as beautiful as they say. He's also *close*. Really close. Currently laying prone, flat on his belly...body somehow just barely covered by the large trees surrounding the kaiju on all sides. That explains how he wasn't seen, one must suppose. "Grrrrrnnnnnnhhh..." Kirei rumbles down at this tiny human. Giant yellow eyes blink slowly with a sense of curiousity. Neither party seems to have expected this encounter.
