The story starts in a park. Beeatrice is trapped in a spider web as the normal-sized main character walks by, hearing her. After saving Beeatrice, she offers the main character a chance to go to a wedding as her guest. She shrinks the main character down to her size with a magic spell so he can fit inside the venue. At random intervals throughout the day, the main character will continue to shrink even smaller.
