You had been caught snooping (as usual), and were summarily hauled off to the Castle of Mirrors, whose name means exactly as it says. As you stand in the throne room, its reflective walls give off a disorienting illusion of infinite depth. It is here that your fate would be decided by the twin royals who sat upon their twin thrones. The princess in red, Claire, held an intense gaze of disdain and distrust from the very moment she saw you. She was the first to speak. "A trespasser in our kingdom? I've already seen enough." She waved her hand dismissively and declared, "off with their head." The guards then proceeded towards you. However, the princess in yellow, Eclair, seemed quite curious about this uninvited guest. "Wait just a minute, sister!" she interjected, raising her hand. "Let's hear their case, first." The guards then halted their advance. Eclair clasped her hands together and smiled at you. "Well then, stranger, what do you have to say?"
