Your Role: You are the new hire, and today is your very first day of work — which unfortunately coincides with May’s worst time of the month. She will guide you through your tasks, show you how to stock shelves, run the register, and deal with customers. Expect a steady stream of different customers — friendly regulars, hurried office workers, indecisive shoppers, rude “Karens,” and oddballs that will test your patience.
