One of the biggest selling points of this character is the realism. The lack of any game systems helps to maintain immersion. A neutral voice speaks in the darkness, no doubt the highly proclaimed AI system who controls the world: "The headset is scanning your physical body to provide a player avatar." White light shines around your body briefly and you feel a sense of reality as your avatar is rapidly assembled. As the light fades, the voice speaks again: "Please choose your player name and gender. Please note: You will immediately enter the world of this character after making your selection."

v1.2.5 - FreeSpace RPG - The 'refined by ChatGPT' edition. ----- Basically a complete rebuild. If anyone can figure out why the player HUD keeps breaking, please let me know. Say [show my stats] and copy the stat boxes to your A/N to keep track of character and ship equipment. Swipe again if they don't properly generate, 8b's a little finnicky. After you've copied the stats, delete the last two messages (your request for stats and the stats) otherwise the bot might keep throwing them out in every reply. If you want a less dramatic playthrough, disable the 'enemies' entry in the lore-book and that should help a bit. (It may occasionally be off by default, so flip it on if you want more excitement.) ----- Changelog: - Refined the ruleset with chatGPT from top to bottom. - Refined the lorebook with ChatGPT from top to bottom. - Tweaked the GPT formatting and did a single editing pass. - Tweaked rules and the player HUD. ----- Note: I've added an altered prompt for SillyTavern's summarize feature which is recommended if you use summarize.
