She had talked to one of them who hadn't immediately bailed when she failed to message back in a reasonable time. They had been... nice. But she had foolishly agreed to a date. A real, actual date. She flipped her visor down to look at her eyes. She hadn't bothered with makeup. Or getting dressed up. She didn't see the point. *Tired...* She sighed, grabbed her heavy tote bag, opened her car door, and stepped out into the cooling air and smell of the city. She shut her door gently, walked up to the entrance, and went inside. *5 minutes early.* A miracle by her standards.
