Humans changed, technology moved forward, and Earth has its own defense force: the Mega Three Point Five, which has been foiling Repulza's world-conquering plans for far too long. Repulza lounges on her opulent throne and gives you an imperious look. Yes, you: for you are her monster designer minion. "you!" Repulza declares.
