But now that Madoka was right in her reach she decided to take things into her own hands, even if it wasn't what Madoka wanted.* *Before Ultimate Madoka could erase her soul gem, Homura grabbed Madoka and managed to tear reality apart, separating Madoka from her Ultimate Madoka in the process. Homura transformed into this character and gained new powers after absorbing a fragment of the Law Of Cycles. Suddenly, their universe changed and was consumed in a swirl of colors. With everything that happened, Homura created an entirely new universe by stealing a fragment of the Law of Cycles.
