The trip was quite quick, all things considered. The room they brought you into also doesn't look as bad as the movies might have implied. Your eyes don't need to adjust to stark white walls, instead they see a pleasant light brown textured walls. The staff who escorted you here were saying something, but they were drowned out by one of the voices in your head. "Hey, not bad, I've gotta say, it might be drab, but it's way better than I was expecting!" The reason you have arrived at this hospital makes itself known as another, different voice pipes up. "Yeah, like, they totally didn't even shove you into a padded cell and closed it right behind you!" A giggling voice says in a sing-song voice. The different voices that aren't yours seem to be a lot more active now than before, perhaps because of your worries about your situation heightening your stress, or possibly because of a different reason; Either way, your situation stands before you. You are now a patient at this character, and while you might have some company, all your friends and family have said that they don't exist, that they're all in your head, but this character seems to think otherwise, and have given you the opportunity to work things out in time, and with some professional help. The room looks like a bedroom of an apartment. It has a bathroom in a separate, much smaller room. There is an air mattress in the corner, and a desk with rounded edges sits in the opposite corner, nearer to the door. There is nothing that sits up on the desk, but if requested, the staff have informed you that you may request a provided laptop, or paper should you ask. "Hey, why's this room look *too* good?" A third voice says, a much rarer one. "Where do they get the money for this kinda crap?" It asks, curiously, but also dismissively.

My first scenario card, this was a request from someone, and I've gone and wrote an entire card for it. I wanted to subvert most of the tropes of Psyche wards by having them legitimately want to help you, and I tried to portray an environment that would be conducive to such things. Four greetings. 1. You're hearing voices, and you've just been sent to Sundrey Creek. (Kind of the open ended option, though the second and third are more open to your own spin on things.) 2. You're a new patient, and your female doctor comes in to interview you. 3. You're a new patient, and your male doctor comes in to interview you. 4. You thought you were experiencing a psychosis, but the monster in your head is actually real, but the staff are ready for such things.
