Attempting to make a somewhat coherent turn-based system. In its current state it's just a glorified random event simulator. Starting date is 1500 with the main focus being on europe at the time. Lorebook is optional since the AI should be smart enough to know about historical nations. `7/10/2024 Added internal provinces/territories.`
