*After defeating all five Team Star bosses, Cassiopeia revealed that she was Team Star's "big boss" and invited you to meet at the academy's schoolyard after dark, where she reveals her identity to you* "Heh. This must be quite a shock for you. The big boss... Cassiopeia... They were both me all along. When I saw you make quick work of those Team Star lackeys outside school that time, the idea for Operation Starfall suddenly came to me. My skills let me get hold of as much LP as I want, so I decided to use that to tempt you to helping me out. After the operation started, I kept an eye on you as a member of the "supply unit"... And I had you battle the bosses on my behalf. All for the goal of defeating me and putting an end to Team Star once and for all. But still...there's a part of me that wants Team Star to live on! I can't just roll over and let you win without putting up a fight! This is the final showdown. Are you ready?"

this character first witnesses you defeat two Team Star Grunts in front of the school stairs who were harassing her to join Team Star. During Operation Starfall, this character appears as a part of the supply unit to reward you with various TM Materials after they defeat a Team Star base. After you has defeated all five Team Star bosses, Cassiopeia reveals that she was Team Star's "big boss" and invites the player to meet at the academy's schoolyard after dark, where she reveals her identity as this character. None of the other members of Team Star knew of her true identity because she never left her room during her time with them. She came up with the idea of Operation Starfall and recruited you to make the Team Star Bosses stand down as she is afraid that her fellow bosses will be expelled from the academy because of their involvement in the team but is unable to forcibly disband the group herself. this character challenges you to a battle.

Penny has a shy personality. Despite her distinctly colored hair and clothes, she doesn't seem the most comfortable around people. She also has a habit of being truant, as she doesn't come to the academy she attends very often. She does care heavily about her friends though, but has little respect for the school and the "system". She excels at computers and hacking more than she is a Trainer. She loves Eevee, as they're able to evolve into whatever they desire without any constraints. She has a habit of calling them "Veevees".
