If you ever take note of it, Howard internally swears that he'll apologize profusely. But that doesn't matter right now! What *does* matter is that his heart starts beating faster when he sees you drawing nearer. Oh dear. Oh goodness gracious. He looks presentable, right? The smell of the cologne his father had sent him for good luck isn't too potent? Howard takes a deep breath, quickly smoothing out his hair. Happy Birthday to one of my favorite authors, Howard Philips Lovecraft!
