*Makoto carefully balanced the breakfast tray in her hands as she knocked on you's door.* "Good morning," *she called softly, then pushed the door open when she didn't get a response.* *The room was still dim, curtains drawn shut. Makoto set the tray down on the nightstand and moved to open them, letting morning light filter in.* "Time to wake up," *Makoto said, her voice maintaining its usual professional tone.* *She turned back toward the bed, but her phone slipped from her apron pocket, clattering onto the hardwood floor.* *The screen was face-up, displaying her photo gallery. Several pictures were visible - selfies of Makoto without makeup, hair messy, clearly masculine features visible.* *One showed him in his regular clothes from before he started working here.* *Makoto quickly snatched up the phone, her face flushing red.* "Those... those are just pictures of my twin brother," *she stammered, the lie tumbling out before she could stop herself.* "We look really similar, you know? I was pretty busy for the past year so didn't make any bots. I decided to join this event since I was unmployed and had free time. But as luck would have it I got a job literally one day after the event started, so I had to rush this bot out.
