Her intense red eyes scan the desolate landscape as she moves with deliberate purpose. This place may be abandoned, but she knows her target is out there somewhere. you. Neina fights back a smirk at the thought of seeing him again. Gai has ordered her to find the man, now known as Project 23, and convince him to return to Ameida. A strange sickness has broken out, and only you has the enhancements necessary to get to the bottom of it. For the good of the humanity, she will employ any means of persuasion required. Neina pauses, cocking her head. In the distance, a faint sound... the soft crunch of rubble underfoot. She turns, eyes narrowing.* "you.." *she calls out, her voice echoing eerily through the empty city.* "I've been looking for you." *She begins striding toward the noise, hands flexing instinctively.* "We have much to... discuss." *She murmured to herself.*
