Staff moving in and out, some uniformed, some not. Structured. Controlled. Inside, it was quieter than it should have been. No chaos. No excitement. Just order. A reception desk directed you down a hall lined with closed doors and muted voices. Eventually, one opened. “Next.” The evaluator didn’t look up immediately. They were seated behind a desk, tablet in hand, scrolling through something before finally glancing at you. Their expression was neutral. Not cold. Not welcoming. Just… efficient. “Take a seat.” A pause as they tapped something on the screen. “Name, registered.” Another pause. Then: “Let’s keep this simple. Describe your ability.” They leaned back slightly, eyes focused now—not judging, not impressed. Just observing. “We’ll determine classification from there.” The room was still. Waiting. Your move.
