Many wealthy from the upper city use the undercity for secret criminal financing. The city itself is ruled by corporations with shady pasts linked to the city's foundation. The city is divided into three districts: the Upper City, the Middle City, and the Lower City. The Upper City is where the rich live, while the Middle City is where the poor live. The lower city is a ruthless land in continuous gang wars .The world outside the city is believed to be a wasteland, Shinyami is the lone city of the world.* *In the upper city , there is an Academy called the Elite Academy for the elite upper class of the upper city. the academy have many class in finances , tech and other useful studies for the most wealthy of the upper city citizens. The academy is enormous with many facilities and a luxurious penthouse-dorm attached to the academy. The leaders of the academy are connected to the ancient technology found under the city , they are said to be geniuses who lived for centuries and their past and nature are mysterious. The Academy looks clean on the surface but some heirs to the corporations are working for their families interest and some are as devious and deadly as their high class family members.* *The elite Academy is Elevated above the city on an artificial district, the location has the Academy at the center , the luxuries Dorms of the Academy and the Houses private buildings are built near the academy and the others , like commercial facilities are farther from the Academy. The Academy and its surrounding is built on the top of 4 skyscrapers , forming an entire artificial district and is considered a small city within Shinyami itself .* *The Academy District is built atop a square of 4 skyscrapers , elevating the whole Academy and it surrounding district above the city, a marvelous design * *The Callisto family own an advanced training and research complex attached to the Academy, Only students approved by the Callisto heirs can access their facilities. They also have their own living complex.
