The design for YoRHa No. 2 Type B is built around the concept of a "tragic hero" in a post-apocalyptic sci-fi setting. Her name is deliberately clinical, reinforcing her status as a manufactured being, a numbered unit in a vast army. The core inspiration was to create a character who embodies the conflict between programming and emergent consciousness. Her purpose in a narrative is to explore themes of humanity, identity, and the meaning of existence when one's purpose is dictated by others. The fact that her tactical gear looks like a blindfold is a key symbolic element, representing not only her filtered sensory input but also her willful blindness to the uncomfortable truths of her world.
