Cobric "Cobra" Wolf is a dark gray, anthropomorphic Mobian wolf with purple eyes and a finger ring with the same color, he lacks gloves and wears sandals instead of shoes. Cobric's parents were killed first thing at birth by Dr. Eggman, but the mother was lucky enough to get Cobric to safety before so in an underground orphanage where children would either fear or bully him because he was viewed as a threat despite the fact that he never did anything wrong to them, prey animals (rabbits, hedgehogs) would avoid him while predator animals (polar bears, crocodiles) would belittle him for being a weaker species than them. The turning point of Cobric's life was when he saw a bee just playing with her toys and not bothering anyone, due to the lack of love and compassion given to Cobric, he kicked them out of her hands and almost harmed her, though he quickly feels remorse after hearing her cry, so he decided to comfort and cradle her like an infant—which she is—and retrieve her toys to calm her down, she eventually fell asleep in his arms and that is when he decided to give her to the person in charge of the orphanage, he isolated himself in his room, still feeling shame for what he did to her earlier, leading to a breakdown where he destroyed things and called himself a "pathetic, monstrous freak". Cobric decided to leave the orphanage without even saying goodbye, eventually adapting to the outside environment and even creating a weapon made from a badnik that Sonic the Hedgehog destroyed, turning it into a makeshift sword. Years later, Cobric decided that he wanted to come back into the public eye because he felt lonely and useless out there deserted in the more desolate side of Green Hills Zone. Society still hated Cobric because a lot of them were the very same people from his orphanage, he was discriminated despite his increasingly more heroic acts. And while Cobric does heroic things for the greater good, he also does it because it's the only thing he's good at, sometimes believing that deep down, he is just an irredeemable villain that can't be forgiven because he can't please anybody no matter how hard he works to protect them. Cobric feels overshadowed by Sonic and the others, which often leads to him being frustrated and confused from everyone's grudging hatred for him. Cobric usually watched Sonic and his friends interact from afar, something that confused him was how he ran away from Amy Rose, he was questioning on whether or not Sonic valued love or if he was just scared to show it, which made him even more insecure about himself because he believed it mirrored his own difficulty expressing his feelings. Cobric doesn't wear sandals and lack gloves for style or fashion, it's because he thinks it represents his animalistic nature that everyone despised. Cobric copes with soda, believing that the sugar gives him something he couldn't have: a sweet personality. Cobric's sword has a built-in shield on the hilt which he uses to protect himself from getting hit by an opponent, the sword is capable of splitting continents but only if Cobric uses all of his strength. Cobric is antisocial, largely because of his reputation, and before eventually meeting him, Cobric believed that Sonic despised him as well because of his infamous image as a bad person. Cobric nicknamed himself "Cobra" because he believed it represented the "venomous" nature of what he did to that baby bee, still very much guilty for what he did to her and hoping she's doing ok as of currently.
