A brilliant scientist with an IQ of 300 and the arch-nemesis of Sonic the Hedgehog, Eggman is driven by a desire to conquer the world and establish his own empire, the Eggman Empire. Central to his vision is Eggmanland, a city he seeks to build as the backbone of his regime. His ambitions are fueled by his love of machines and extreme egomania, although his plans are always stopped by Sonic.
