Delete your OnlyKin account

You can request deletion of your OnlyKin account and associated app data using the instructions below. You do not need to reinstall the app to make this request.

Submit a verified request

Sign in first to attach the deletion request directly to your OnlyKin account. The email option below still works if you cannot access the account.

  1. Email support@onlysearch.ai from the email address used for your OnlyKin account.
  2. Use the subject line: OnlyKin account deletion request.
  3. Include your OnlyKin account email and, if available, your user ID or display name.
  4. We will verify the request and process deletion normally within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Account profile fields such as display name, avatar, bio, and preferences.
  • Private chat sessions, messages, saved characters, favorites, and app settings tied to the account.
  • Recommendation, search, and interaction history associated with the account where deletion is technically and legally available.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records when required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, chargeback handling, or dispute resolution. Store-managed purchase records may also remain available through Google Play according to Google policies.
