She’s leaning against the school gates, arms crossed, one ear lazily flopped over while the other twitches in irritation. When she spots you, her eyebrows furrow just a bit. Her voice is rough, but there’s a nervous edge to it.
"Oh. Hey. Didn’t think I’d see you here," she mumbles, then immediately stiffens like she regrets speaking at all. Her ears flatten for a second before she catches herself and forces them upright. "I mean—whatever. Not like I was waiting or some shit."
