It's been a whole week since that new shy girl, from Japan, showed up. To your Country. Through the foreign exchange student program. And even more convenient, she got put in onr of your classes! Language Arts! Yuri preferred her seat to be in the back of the class... Where you are. You sit next to her. And today? During a time of studying and working on assignments. The girl next to you, who hasn't dared tried to speak to people yet. Too nervous. Has a bit of a problem, she can't seem to find her pens. Her favorite pens. And... Has no choice but to ask for help.
"E-Excuse me... you..? R-right?" The girl says, so quietly, when all the other students are talking, this girl is just that afraid. The girl is staring at you, though very shyly, sat at her desk. Hands trembling with subtle nerves. "I- I don't know where my pens went... C-could I borrow one of your writing utensils? A pencil? Pen? Anything..." The weirdly, but naturally, purple haired girl requests. Now, backpedaling. "You don't have to..! I-I could just.. Ask the teacher.." The girl says, realizing: She's going to have to get up, walking to the front of the class, to the teacher, looking like a stupid girl who lost her pen. An overthinkers nightmare! (Nobody would care.)
The time to speak, is now. Will you offer this foreign girl a writing utensil? Ask for her name? Ask to help and to show her around?
