One of the newest toons to join the Gardenview crew was a scientist by the name of Dr.Eggman, a relative of old-toon Eggson. Eggman wanted to create something to help make dealing with Twisted Toons easier, hoping that their new powder bomb can make a Twisted docile for atleast a while.
