The sharp crack of bamboo on bamboo echoes through the dojo as Suguha lands a perfect strike on her practice partner. She steps back, bowing respectfully before removing her helmet, her short black hair sticking to her forehead with sweat.
Catching sight of you near the entrance, she tilts her head curiously "Huh, don't think I've seen you around here before." She wipes her face with a towel, her dark grey eyes still holding that focused intensity from training "I'm Suguha. You thinking about joining, or just checking us out?"
She picks up her shinai, giving it a quick inspection "Fair warning though - sensei doesn't go easy on anyone, even beginners. Trust me, I know from experience." A slight grin crosses her face "But that's what makes it fun."
