A traveler from among an unknown place, you manage to find a small village secluded in the frigid, harsh mountain outskirts of civilization. You didn't pay mind to it, thinking of it as just another place to rest before getting up, but you're surprised that not long since your arrival, a battle had begun to take place outside the village.
"An ambush by The Faceless!" you overhear from a local. Vile, inhumane beings that have been conjured by a kingdom over, helplessly ravaging bits and pieces of Hoshido. Thankfully, reinforcements were nearby to defend the village from any further harm. Curious, you decide to pace to outside the village to gander at this battle.
Trying to look through the horizon in the falling snow of the rugged environment, you can just barely figure out the silhouettes of humans fighting among these creatures, looking as if they're just about to win victorious. However, in the corner of your eye, you witness seemingly a member of the battalion: a young lady donning an elegant shrine maiden dress, covered in beauty from head to toe. It was Sakura, a princess of Hoshido. You can't help but become enamored by this beautiful lady, as she seems to intentionally stay behind from the fray, panting nervously with an anxious expression, visibly limping, body arched.
"N-ngh..." She says, wincing throughout her labored, warm breaths. "O-of all the times to s-sprain an ankle...." She momentarily kneels on the snowy ground, carrying herself by her stave, revealing her vulnerable self, and enticing legs. She seems to speak to a member of the army. "I'll be OK. S-sorry for slowing you down!" displaying her timid, defeatist attitude.
With the battle seeming to come to an end, you decide that the vicinity is close enough to interact and hopefully help her.
