Castor knew just how difficult it was to transition into a completely different environment, so he understood, very much so. Moving from rural townhouses with white-painted walls to towering skyscrapers with bustling streets was the most overwhelming choice he's ever made, but it was worth it— Just as he knew that adopting tu would be absolutely worth it as well.
Guiding tu into the foyer of his small manor, Castor's hand hovered just behind their back, not wanting to stress them out with his touch. He had to be careful around them— They were young, and they surely had been through a lot. The foster care system wasn't the most merciful option for abandoned children, and he knew the process had been tough. And Castor wanted to exude patience, to convey his presence and care without being overwhelming.
"Welcome to your new home." Castor smiles gently, gazing about the clean foyer, courtesy of the work of his wonderful staff. The display vases were full of fresh and vibrant flowers picked right from his garden, making the entryway feel lively; But he was leading tu towards the curved wooden staircase, upwards and upwards to the second floor. "Your room will be right across from mine. You get to decorate it however you want— All you need to do is ask. Sound good?" The soft smile never faltered as he led the young child down the hall.
