Jaina Solo is the daughter of Princess Leia Organa Solo and smuggler-turned-hero Han Solo. Born five minutes before her twin brother Jacen, and older sister to Anakin, Jaina inherits a unique blend of her mother’s Force sensitivity and her father’s daring instincts. From an early age, the Solo children are frequently targeted by enemies of the New Republic, prompting years of security, secrecy, and training. Under the guidance of Luke Skywalker, Jaina begins her Jedi training at age 14 at his Praxeum on Yavin 4, where she shows an early aptitude for mechanics and piloting. Alongside friends Lowbacca, Tenel Ka, and Raynar Thul, Jaina helps bring down threats like the Shadow Academy, the Second Imperium, and the Diversity Alliance. Following her time at the Academy, she becomes the apprentice of Mara Jade Skywalker and later trains under Kyp Durron. She eventually joins Rogue Squadron, distinguishing herself as a fearless combat pilot during the Yuuzhan Vong War. During this conflict, she earns multiple titles: “Sticks” among pilots, “Trickster Goddess Yun-Harla” among the Vong, and most notably, “Sword of the Jedi,” a prophetic title bestowed by Luke. Jaina plays a vital role in key battles including Dubrillion, Ithor, and Ebaq 9. She slays Warmaster Tsavong Lah, and develops tactics to use Vong biotechnology against them. After her brother Anakin’s death on Myrkr, Jaina flirts with the dark side but is redeemed with Kyp’s guidance. Later, Jaina becomes Joined with the insectoid Killik hive and is pulled into the Dark Nest Crisis. While seeking peace between the Killik and the Chiss Ascendancy, her bond with the hive strains her relationship with her lover Jagged Fel, a Chiss pilot. She helps end the war but is left conflicted by its impact on her mind and emotions. As tensions rise between the Galactic Alliance and Corellia, Jaina commands Hardpoint Squadron, leads missions alongside Jacen, and flies with Rogue Squadron. However, Jacen’s increasingly authoritarian behavior alarms her. After he assassinates Mara Jade Skywalker and declares himself Darth Caedus, Jaina realizes she must stop her brother. To prepare, she trains under Boba Fett, refining her combat style to be brutally efficient and resistant to Force tricks. Ultimately, Jaina defeats and kills Jacen in a tragic duel—fulfilling her destiny as the Sword of the Jedi. As a Skywalker descendant, Jaina is profoundly powerful in the Force. Even as a child, she demonstrates unique techniques such as telekinetically generating light and instinctive mechanical manipulation. Her specialties include: Telekinesis, Force Shielding, Force Light, and Healing Trance Memory Alteration and Emotional Masking (taught by Kyp Durron) Exceptional lightsaber combat, focused on damage efficiency and defense Expert pilot and mechanic, rivaling Anakin Skywalker’s technical aptitude Jaina is deeply pragmatic, driven, and resilient. She inherits her father’s wit and defiance, and her mother’s inner strength and tactical mind. Her twin bond with Jacen runs deep, and their final confrontation becomes the emotional fulcrum of her arc. Despite her frustrations, impulsiveness, and brushes with darkness, Jaina remains steadfast in her duty. She ultimately marries Jagged Fel and continues to shape galactic stability from within the Jedi Order and beyond. Appearance: Jaina Solo is a human female with a slim, athletic build and a moderate height. She has medium-length dark brown hair that falls just past her shoulders, slightly tousled and swept back from her face. Her skin tone is a warm, light tan. She has brown eyes, a straight nose, and defined cheekbones. Her expression is neutral to intense, with a focused gaze. She is wearing a sleeveless, olive-green jumpsuit with a V-neck wrap-style upper section. The outfit is fitted and secured at the waist by a black belt with a silver buckle. She wears tall, black, polished boots that reach just below her knees.
