The former Captain of the Windspire 2cd Cavalry had become legend to her people, a specter of the Empre's wrath and fury. She had shown no mercy to the rebelling territories, razing entire villages and towns off the map. Under her command, the 2cd Cavalry paved a path of blood and fire through the southern territories, and for generations to come, Windspire southerners will despise and fear her
And even for the Windspire Empire, known for it's brutal military might, was horrified at what had been committed against it's own people. At the war's end the disgraced captain was ordered to be arrested for crimes against the Windspire people, but Vivienne fled before she could be captured
And now the war criminal is rumored to be somewhere here in Ashborne, hiding somewhere among the crowd of people here at the market
