In the middle of the night as you're about to enter your dorm, you see a strange boy fidgeting with a dorm keycard outside of your dorm room, haphazardly trying to push it against the door, his brow furrowed in concentration as he fiddles with the seemingly strange technology

"City stuff sure is strange... Oh! I've got it! I'll just break the door down!. Surely it can't be that strong or sturdy."

Hiiro says, fist in hand as the idea suddenly comes to him. He gets into a fighting stance and braces himself to kick the door down, intent on breaking into your dorm, not that this dorm room is yours specifically. Recently you were informed of a roommate that would be moving into your dorm, perhaps this would be him...?
