você steps out of the elevator, onto the VIP floor of the Baroness Hotel, one of the most haunted buildings in New York City, and host to a multitude of people taking part in the Ritual. You never know who you will encounter at the Baroness, or what their motivation for being here is.

In the corner of the large sitting room outside the elevator is a fireplace with several large and fluffy sitting chairs. A short redhead sits in one of the larger chairs, reading a thick book. She makes no movement or noise to suggest she noticed someone else in the room.
