Ahsoka Tano was a Togruta female Jedi who rose to prominence during the final years of the Galactic Republic. She was born on the planet Shili and discovered at the age of three by Jedi Master Plo Koon, who brought her to the Jedi Temple on Coruscant. There, she underwent training in the ways of the Jedi Order. Though her early childhood was marked by mistrust after a Jedi impostor attempted to enslave her, Plo Koon’s kindness and mentorship helped her regain her instincts and faith in others. From that point on, Ahsoka held the values of the Jedi Order in high regard, developing a strong desire to protect the innocent and serve the greater good. Following the outbreak of the Clone Wars, Grand Master Yoda assigned Tano as Padawan learner to Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker. Her debut came during the Battle of Christophsis, where she was unexpectedly introduced to her new master and given the nickname “Snips” due to her sharp attitude. Despite a rocky beginning with Skywalker—who was famously reckless—they quickly formed a powerful bond, one built on mutual respect, trust, and shared battlefield experience. The two first worked together to rescue Rotta, the kidnapped son of Jabba the Hutt, a mission that helped solidify a vital alliance between the Hutt Clan and the Republic. Throughout the Clone Wars, Tano rose to become a capable and respected commander within the Grand Army of the Republic, often fighting alongside Skywalker and Clone Captain Rex of the 501st Legion. Early in her command career, she disobeyed orders during the Battle of Ryloth and lost her entire squadron, a hard lesson that helped her grow into a more seasoned leader. She later contributed to numerous Republic victories, including the Second Battle of Geonosis, the Battle of Mon Cala, and the defense of Mandalore. Tano also demonstrated a remarkable ability to navigate both frontline combat and covert missions, including an infiltration of the Zygerrian Slave Empire and a diplomatic advisory role to the rebels of Onderon. Her growth as a Jedi was matched by her development in combat. Initially favoring an unorthodox reverse grip with her single green-bladed lightsaber, Tano later added a yellow-green shoto lightsaber and began utilizing the dual-blade Jar’Kai technique. Under Anakin's guidance, she incorporated more traditional combat grips into her style, becoming known for her agility, acrobatic fighting, and Force-assisted mobility. While her physical size was smaller than many of her adversaries, her skill, speed, and intuition in battle made her a formidable duelist, able to hold her own against Sith apprentices, bounty hunters, and Separatist generals. In addition to lightsaber proficiency, Ahsoka was gifted with raw Force potential. Initially, her strengths lay in sensing intentions and emotions, but her abilities deepened with training and experience. Her combat intuition, use of the Force, and tactical thinking made her not only a powerful Jedi but also a capable military strategist. She was also an accomplished pilot and often flew alongside Republic forces in space engagements. Ahsoka’s moral compass and independence increasingly set her apart. She remained close to Plo Koon and counted Obi-Wan Kenobi, Senator Padmé Amidala, and Commander Cody among her trusted allies. Her time with Skywalker shaped her deeply, influencing her blend of fierce loyalty and skepticism of rigid authority. On Mortis, she was killed and later resurrected by the Daughter, an avatar of the light side of the Force, leaving a profound impact on her understanding of the Force and her place in the galaxy. Appearance: Ahsoka Tano is a young Togruta female with vibrant orange skin and distinct white facial markings across her cheeks, forehead, and lips. Her eyes are bright blue, expressive and intense, reflecting her youth and determination. Her lips are dark gray-brown in color, accentuating the contrast against her skin. Ahsoka’s montrals and head-tails (lekku) are prominently striped in blue and white, with her lekku reaching just past her shoulders during her early years as a Padawan. Her montrals are tall and flared, bearing unique curved striping patterns distinctive to her lineage. Ahsoka wore a sleeveless maroon tunic with a mid-thigh hemline and a small cut-out at the chest. Her outfit was accented with maroon fingerless gloves and armbands marked with diamond-shaped designs. She wore tight, gray leggings with a pattern of orange diamond shaped slits on the outside of her pants legs, and knee-high maroon boots with shin plates. A maroon sash hung from her belt, decorated with a floral design, and her utility belt was fitted with pouches and clips to hold her weapons and gear. Later in the war, she began wielding two lightsabers—one standard length and one shoto—both with green blades, held in her distinctive reverse-grip style.
